Forgot your Username and/or Password?
First, check the confirmation email you reviewed when you signed up. If you no longer have that email or you used a fake email address, please email us direct at imago@imagostudios.com
Please include the name and email address you used when you signed up, plus what you think your username and password are. We normally respond quickly but our response may take a few days if we are out of town. Please check your spam folder as well as your inbox for a reply.



Cancel your Recurring Billing?
If you would like to cancel your account, please enter your username and password in the space provided and click on the "Cancel Membership" button.

Please note that if you have recurring billing on your 1- or 3-month membership, you must cancel AT LEAST 5 DAYS PRIOR to your rebilling date or you will be automatically rebilled for another membership period.

Remember these are case sensitive.  Enter them exactly as they were originally selected.  

NOTE: If successful, you will get a confirmation screen stating your membership has been canceled and listing the last date your membership will be active.  If you enter incorrect information (i.e., an incorrect username or password) you will get an error message and your membership will not be canceled.  If you do not remember your username or password, use the retrieval request above.

If the form does not work, please email us (imago@imagostudios.com) directly with your username & password.
